Pro tip: Can’t get your preferred time? Arrive early and try standby—you might get lucky!
Or skip the car and use the VTA bus system or rent a bike to explore. 🏠 Book lodging well in advance.
Traveling with a group? Renting a house is budget-friendly. For short trips, hotels and inns are a great option. 📍 The island has 6 towns—each with its own vibe!
Oak Bluffs is vibrant and rich in Black history, and don’t miss the iconic gingerbread cottages. 🍦 No chain stores here—just local gems like Back Door Donuts and Larsen’s Fish Market. 🗓️ Best time to visit? June or September for fewer crowds and beautiful weather.
