Step 2 In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Step 3 Roll out pastry and use a roller quick on it, than Cut the puff pastry into 10 rectangles. Place some guava first than spoonful of cream cheese filling or to your preference I fill them up good in the center of each one and fold in opposite corners in over the filling. Step 4 Place on the baking Sheet and brush the tops with egg wash than sprinkle sugar on top of each one. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until puffed and golden.
