Cheeseburgers + @VELVEETA = game-day perfection 🍔🧀 Ingredients: 1 32-oz Velveeta Original Loaf, cut into cubes 1 lb ground beef 1 onion, diced 2 jalapeños, diced (adjust for spice preference) 1.5 tsp onion powder 1.5 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp salt 1 can (14.5 oz) fire-roasted tomatoes Waffle fries, for dipping Optional to top: diced red onion, diced tomato, diced pickles, or any other favorite burger toppings Method: -In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, and salt. Remove from the pan and drain any excess fat. -Stir in the diced onion and jalapeño. Cook for 3–4 minutes until the onion is soft and fragrant -Reduce heat to low. Add the cubed Velveeta and let it melt down. Once melted, stir in the fire-roasted tomatoes (with juice). Stir occasionally until the cheese is fully melted and smooth. Add back the cooked ground beef -When serving, I like to top with some extra diced red onion, diced tomatoes, and diced pickles for the ultimate cheeseburger vibe.
