I’ve been seeing these viral stuffed pepperoncini everywhere so obviously I had to try them🌶️ Verdict: 10/10 delicious. 2/10 assembly process I tried them both cold and warmed up and honestly… warmed up wins. Here’s what I did: 🌶️ Cut the tops off the pepperoncini and remove the seeds. 🌶️ Mix cream cheese and hot honey together. 🌶️ Add a little mixture to a slice of pepperoni and stuff it inside the pepperoncini. 🌶️ Drizzle with hot honey and add chili pepper flakes. 🌶️ Bake at 400° for about 10 minutes. 🌶️ Add a little more hot honey and chili flakes after baking instead of before baking if you are doing that! A few things I learned: -The tiny pepperoncini are HARD to stuff. -This took way longer than I expected. Next time I might chop everything up and eat it as a dip because the flavor combo is SO good. And can somebody tell me where everyone is finding those giant pepperoncini because mine looked like the mini version 😂 Would absolutely eat these weekly!
