I actually had no plans to turn this into a video. I shared it on my IG Stories while I was making it, and so many of you messaged me asking for the recipe that I figured I’d go ahead and post it! I didn’t have oats on hand so I made streusel for the topping which turned out better. Peach Crisp Ingredients Peach Filling * 2 (29-ounce) cans sliced peaches, drained * ½ cup all-purpose flour * ¾ cup granulated sugar * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract * ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon Streusel Topping * 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled * 1 cup + 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour * ⅓ cup brown sugar * ⅓ cup granulated sugar Instructions 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease an 8x8-inch or 9x9-inch baking dish. 2. In a large bowl, combine the drained peaches, flour, granulated sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stir until the peaches are evenly coated. 3. Pour the peach mixture into the prepared baking dish. 4. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Pour in the melted butter and stir with a fork until crumbly. 5. Sprinkle the streusel evenly over the peach filling. 6. Bake at 350°F for 40–50 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbling around the edges. 7. Let the peach crisp cool for 10–15 minutes before serving. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
