Video Title / CaptionStop asking about marketable courses. Start asking how to become a marketable person. I get this message constantly. Elvis, which courses are the most marketable in Kenya today? Wrong question. A course is fine. But the person carrying the skills from that course is what the market actually hires. Look at the evidence. Two hundred people enrol in the same course. They sit the same exams. They graduate together. Then only a handful get hired. If the course itself was the qualification, they would all be working. The course was never the variable. The person was. I see this most clearly in tech. Someone completes four years of computer science and struggles for months. Meanwhile someone with a diploma in IT is employed and earning well. Why? Because the second person brought something to the table. Web development skills. Design ability. Projects they can show. Things they can actually do on day one. Nobody is employed today because of papers or because they picked a fashionable degree. So change your approach entirely. Choose your course, then immediately ask what makes me valuable inside this field. If you are doing BCom, add CPA. Add data analysis. Add practical experience. Layer real skills on top of the theory. Because the economy hires competence, not performance. You can score brilliantly in academics and still be passed over, because excelling in exams and being able to do the job are two different things. So build the ability while you study. Do projects. Take small jobs. Learn the tools your industry actually uses. There is no such thing as a marketable course. There are only marketable people. Become one. Scruggs and her executive leadership team, as well as correctional professionals.

At Northern State Correctional Facility in Elizabeth, New Jersey. What is life really like after incarceration, and are we truly preparing individuals for it? My presentation challenges us to move beyond traditional reentry conversations and take an honest look at the emotional, psychological, and systemic barriers individuals face before, during, and after incarceration. Together, we explore: 🔹 The hidden barriers returning citizens face immediately upon release. 🔹 How Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), trauma, institutionalization, and survival behaviors influence decision-making. 🔹 The disconnect between program design and the realities of reentry. 🔹 Practical strategies through a Trauma-Informed Reentry Roadmap that promote accountability, safety, healing, and long-term stability. Supporting correctional professionals with.

Trauma-informed knowledge and professional development doesn’t just strengthen staff—it improves outcomes for the incarcerated individuals they serve and ultimately creates safer, healthier communities. Reentry begins long before the prison gate opens. If we truly want different outcomes, we must prepare people for life—not just release. Thank you to the Correctional Education Association for creating a space where innovation, education, and collaboration can transform correctional systems nationwide.”. According to user @capitaleliteathleticsde: “CEA has been working hard for showcase this weekend ….”. Creator @jeff.kaulbars: “Never underestimate a 5-minute crew meeting. It’s short, simple, and can save you from big problems later. Your team’s safety and welfare should always be top priority 🦺💪”.

As noted by @hazelisthebestt: “It can’t be good on athletes mental health at all. Senior Elite Dessi explained how she was tired doing THREE teams last season. Absolutely insane for a gym to overwork athletes like this! Coed Elite Drake is on THREE teams. Coed Elite, C4, and JBombs. Jordyn Evan who quit from the impact of it, crush, c4, and senior elite. CEA loses SO many athletes year by year because of drained mental health. It’s too much CEA!! ゚viral”. Creator @erinmcgoff: “Meetings 101: how to run a meeting so everyone doesn’t secretly dread going to your meetings lol 🫠 If you’re new here, hi 👋 I’m Erin &
